Dallas' Dia de los Muertos parade is a remembrance of loved ones who have passed and a cultural celebration of the living. All are invited to join in the parade and traditional costumes are encouraged. The family-friendly festival includes live music, delicious concessions, arts and crafts, fireworks and more.
BMW Dallas Marathon
The BMW Dallas Marathon is Texas' oldest marathon and has taken place each December in Dallas, Texas since 1971. An official time from the BMW Dallas Marathon can be used to qualify for the Boston Marathon. The course begins & ends in Downtown Dallas and features iconic neighborhoods and White Rock Lake along the way.
Reunion Tower Over The Top NYE
Reunion Tower’s celebratory fireworks show, one of the largest shows of its kind in the Central time zone, features pyrotechnics fired from 560 feet above ground. The captivating 10-minute show features imaginative pyrotechnic and LED lighting effects visible for miles across North Texas.
The Dallas Cup is an annual international football tournament for invited youth teams. The tournament was established in 1980 and is held in Dallas, Texas, with FC Dallas serving as its host club. Venues used for the tournament include the Cotton Bowl and Toyota Stadium.
